Shipping policy

At Royal Sakura TCG, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery, and shipping fees.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Standard Shipping (Domestic) 3-7 business days
Express Shipping (Domestic) 1-3 business days

Note: International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier delays.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to only domestic locations.
  • Some international destinations may have shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you before processing your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact us at rst@royalsakuratcg.com.
  • Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments after delivery confirmation. If you experience an issue, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
